Kordula Kugele
holds a magister degree in social behaviour sciences, sociology and adult education. In the ESGI project she is mainly responsible for the Statistical Data Analysis and Data Comparison as well as the Gender Impact Assessment.
Mrs. Kugele has experience in community development work in Asia, adult education including gender issues and gender research in the Centre of Excellence TanGenS (Technology and Gender in Applied Science) and Netzwerk F.I.T projects at Hochschule Furtwangen University.

Iris Tinsel
is a sociologist. She is mainly responsible for the Online-Survey as well as the Gender Impact Assessment. Mrs. Tinsel is specialised in the field of gender and technology since her researching activities in the Centre of Excellence TanGenS (Technology and Gender in Applied Science) in 2002 at Hochschule Furtwangen University. In 2005 and 2006 she worked as a scientists in the Netzwerk F.I.T.
